How do I get Cake Central Magazine onto my iPad?

For Subscribers

(if you don't have on yet get your digital subscription to Cake Central Magazine

First..Download the free Cake Central Magazine App from Apple iTunes Store onto your iPad.

Once installed open your Newsstand - You will see a new icon for Cake Central Magazine
Tap the Cake Central Magazine icon once (this opens the App)
Tap the "Print Subscriber?" button near the top**
Choose your region
Then tap "Email and Zip Code" and enter the email address and zip code for your subscription
You should then see a "Congratulations!" Message and information about your subscription.
You can now begin downloading issues in your subscription.

For Single Issues on your iPad:

Download the free Cake Central Magazine App from Apple iTunes Store onto your iPad.

Once installed open your Newsstand - You will see a new icon for Cake Central Magazine
Tap the Cake Central Magazine icon once (this opens the App)
From the home screen you can scroll the the entire catalog of Cake Central Magazine and choose which issues you would like to download

Other important things to know about Cake Central Magazine and your iPad:

Cake Central Magazine Subscribers that order through our shop have access to both iPad and PDF versions. Get Subscribed Now and Save!
If you subscribed through the Apple iTunes Store, you will only have access on your iPad
iPad Users: To purchase single issues, please download the free Cake Central Magazine App from Apple iTunes Store, and purchase single issues through the app.
If you purchase single issues of Cake Central Magazine PDF through the store, you will only receive the PDF which may not work on your iPad.

**We currently do not offer a Print Subscription

How do I download my Cake Central Magazine PDF?

After you complete your purchase at the Cake Central Shop, you will receive 2 emails. The first email will be your order confirmation, and within a few minutes you will receive your second email with your download link, with subject "Downloads for Order" with your order number.

Open the "Download for Order ####" email.
Click on the "http://cakecentral.fetchapp.com/get/XXXXX" link. A new browser tab (or window) should open, with a list of the Cake Central Magazine PDFs you purchased
You should see a screen that looks something like the below image:

YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THE NEXT STEPS FOR EACH ISSUE PURCHASED
Right-click on the download link.
Select Save Link As (or Save Target As, or Save As or Save Linked Content As depending on your browser).
If your browser prompts you to select the folder in which you want to save the file, select a folder, then click Save.
Wait until the download is complete. Your file is saved on your computer.
You can now go to the folder on your computer and open the file you just downloaded using Adobe Acrobat Reader

Can I use my CakeCentral.com password?

No. For security, you will need to use a separate login on CakeCentral.com and the Cake Central Shop

How do I create an account?

When you complete your first purchase at the Cake Central Shop, you will be asked to create an account during checkout.
